Mwai is an Advocate at GlascoteRose Advocates. Mwai’s practice includes commercial and conveyancing law, Securities law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mwai worked at the Securities and documentation Department of Kenya Commercial Bank where he took part in a securities audit of all the bank’s securities. Mwai has previous experience in class action suits having represented thousands of Mau Mau war veterans in a class action suit against the British government whose quantum of damages is estimated in the billions. Mwai has also worked with the Kenya Human Rights Commission where he offered free legal aid to members of the public and assisted in pursuing cases for disenfranchised members of the society
