Peter is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with multi sector experience in Commercial litigation matters. Peter concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, advising corporations on international and multijurisdictional disputes. He has appeared in Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and has arbitrated domestic and international matters. Peter advises clients on all aspects of commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and regulatory issues. His practice also includes commercial litigation, including pre-litigation assistance, litigation and settlement negotiations. He has significant experience with financial conduct matters, financial indemnity claims, complex commercial litigation and fraud disputes
