Who handles your enquiry

GlascoteRose Advocates, Fortis Suite, 2nd Floor, Hospital Road, Nairobi, Kenya handles information submitted through this website. Contact info@glascoterose.com or +254 770 435512 about this notice or your information.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected practice area and a brief message. The firm uses these details to assess and respond to your request and to keep a record of the enquiry. An enquiry does not itself establish an advocate–client relationship. Do not upload or send confidential documents until the firm agrees a secure communication arrangement.

Security and necessary storage

Enquiries are stored in the private CMS database and can be accessed through the authenticated administration area. The CMS uses a necessary session cookie for administrator sign-in. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive requests. The hosting service may also process technical access and security logs.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is off by default. Your preference is saved in this browser. If enabled and a provider is later connected, the website can record general events such as successful enquiry submission or a click on WhatsApp, email or telephone. Event payloads exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form messages, enquiry references and query strings. You may change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer. No external analytics provider is currently connected.

External links

WhatsApp, maps and social links take you to third-party services, which handle information under their own notices. Opening a link may disclose technical information to that service. No message is sent automatically.

Retention and requests

Contact the firm to ask about the information held about your enquiry, request a correction or raise a concern about its use. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, professional obligations and any subsequent instruction. The firm will explain applicable retention and deletion arrangements when responding. You may also contact Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner concerning a data-protection concern.
